CI and release run the full behavior suite without coverage instrumentation, report uploads/downloads or separate diagnostic files. Browser checks remain programmatic; screenshot creation is removed. Explicit just coverage prints measured coverage and missing lines; HTML requires an explicit request. Separate target/coverage-build outputs prevent instrumented programs from being reused by regular tests.

Shared S3 and Docker layer caches remain; owned sccache daemons use SCCACHE_IDLE_TIMEOUT=0 and explicit cleanup. The unsigned digest-bound SBOM stays in Harbor, including its registry verification.

Validation: both thematic changes passed local just gate. Real text coverage passed, followed by a full regular gate with no new coverage profiles. App/image identity and production feature contracts are retained.
