• upload Dependency-Track SBOMs through the managed project UUID flow
• generate/upload CycloneDX SBOMs with .cdx.json paths
• set up Go before the standalone Dependency-Track upload job

Verification

• yamllint and YAML parse on touched workflows
• devcontainer syntax/path check for SBOM scripts
• go test ./... in tools/dtrack-sbom-upload
