Delete branch "docs/updatarr-migration-closeout"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Plugin parsing, calendar merging and response serialization now use the published Common blocking owner. Payload snapshots remain cheap under the store lock; cancelled callers retain their actual work until cleanup joins it. HTTP liveness/readiness keep their existing meaning. Shared runtime rules and documentation follow the template.
Validation: full local just gate passed (53 Rust tests and eight browser phases); no added test deadlines. Includes the existing Updatarr migration documentation update. Required native CI runs on this head.
