Reworks update PR presentation based on updateansible#53.

• Dependency-first overview with explicit starting and target versions, update type and source references.
• Deduplicate identical transitions and file paths; preserve distinct baselines, registries and digests.
• Consistent titles: from → to for a single transition, update count for groups.
• Separate collapsed release notes per dependency and transition, with chart/application baselines labeled independently.
• Keep full digest replacements available in a collapsed section.

No changes to candidate selection, grouping, proposal identity or automerge policy. Existing PRs adopt the format on their next proposal refresh.

Validation: full scripts/ci-checks.sh passed; jobs race/shuffle tests passed; golangci-lint passed; production amd64 image built and runtime smoke passed. Behavioral tests exercise aggregation, distinct identities, digest preservation and rendering from synthetic inputs; no static-file or version-pin tests.
