Includes CI cleanup so unrelated dependency updates are not blocked by dependency freshness or policy-only tests.\n\nChanges:\n- remove Renovate/Node validation from CI\n- disable Android lint's AndroidGradlePluginVersion freshness check\n- remove workflow/Renovate/devcontainer shape tests from the CI/test path\n\nLocal verification:\n- just format\n- just lint\n- just test\n- just everything\n\nDevice tests were not run locally because no Android device/emulator is attached.
